How does it work?
An OligoScan sends light through the skin and blood vessels by spectrophotometry. By using this unique technology, the test is able to review the levels of trace elements, minerals and heavy metals within the body. By measuring light reflected by the presence of these minerals and metals in the skin, an OligoScan can calculate material concentration in real-time.
How is it done?
After collecting general information about you, the doctor will use the spectrophotometer at four spots in your non-dominant hand. The data collected by the device will be sent and analysed by OligoScan technology, providing results approximately 20 seconds after the test.
Why is it important to do this test?
Minerals are essential for the human body to function normally. Without them, you risk deficiencies in key functions such as protein synthesis, immune response, enzyme behavior, hormonal regulation, antioxidant activity, glutathione production and more.
Many people are deficient in the key vitamins and minerals that are crucial in fighting diseases and staying in optimal health.
Combine that with the potential presence of heavy metals like mercury, cadmium, arsenic and lead, and you have a combination for a body in desperate need of intervention.
Is your body compromised by the presence of toxins and mineral deficiency?
An Oligoscan is a critical, safe test that can answer that question for you in seconds.
